New York TShirt Store is the online store offers variety of New York clothing including t-shirts, sweatshirts and hats and also will include many unique New York related gifts. We are constantly continually adding new designs and new merchants to our selection, so check back often.

Who produces and ships the products I purchase from New York TShirt Store?

Currently all the merchandise is sold on the site is by various method. Some, like I Love New York T-shirt is sold directly by us. The other designs are either sold and sent out by affiliate companies or by companies creating and printing the designs (like cafepress.com and zazzle.com). We tested and made sure that all our merchants carry only premier apparel and gifts and sell only the best quality products., They also handles all shipping and customer service processes. We are constantly evaluating all our merchants and make sure all our customers are happy with their purchases. If for some reason we get negative feedback from our users, the company is automatically removed from the program.

Is my information secure?

Absolutely. We only deal with reputable and established companies who value their costumer privacy so all your information is extremely safe. The in house products that we sell are purchased using PayPal which is one of the best and most secure payment system on the web which means that we don't know your credit card account. This way you can be sure that all your information is safe.


What's the quality of the product on your site?

We constantly evaluate products, many of which we buy ourselves. If for some reason we are not satisfied or our users are not happy, we drop the product from the site. Most companies use state-of-the-art printing presses that employs the most cutting edge technology to create high quality prints so it's very rare that customers are not satisfied with their order.

What about the sizes and colors?

Do I have to buy a minimum number of a product?

No.You only have to buy one of a product if you wish. Of course, you can order as many products as you want. Buying multiple products and having it send together reduces the cost.

 

What about Returns?

Unfortunately there is no consistant return policy. If you buy one of our own shirts like "I Love NY T-Shirt" we can refund your product no question asked. Simply send us the shirt and as soon as we receive it we'll refund all your money back minuse shipping cost.

Most of the other merchants and printing companies, as well as other affiliates have their own return policies. We urge our users to go to a specific merchant site to see the guidelines for returns.
