We are constantly continually adding new designs and new merchants to our selection, so check back often.
Who produces and ships the products I purchase from New York TShirt Store?
Currently all the merchandise is sold by our merchants, who have premier apparel and gifts and carry only the best quality products, They also handles all shipping and customer service processes. We are constantly evaluating all our merchants and make sure all our customers are happy with their purchases. If for some reason we get negative feedback from our users, the company is automatically removed from the program.
What's the quality of the product on your site?
We constantly evaluate products, many of which we buy ourselves. If for some reason we are not satisfied or our users are not happy, we drop the product from the site. Most of the merchants have return policies. We urge our users to go to a specific merchant site to see the guidelines for returns. Most companies use state-of-the-art printing presses that employs the most cutting edge technology to create high quality prints so it's very rare that customers are not satisfied with their order.
What about the sizes and colors?
Users are able to choose from many available sizes and colors and real helpful information about each product before purchasing.
Do I have to buy a minimum number of a product?
No.You only have to buy one of a product if you wish. Of course, you can order as many products as you want. Buying multiple products and having it send together reduces the cost.
What if I want more information the merchants showcased on this site?
You can find everything from product care to shipping to customer service at companies' individual faq section. We make sure all the merchants links are clearly displayed and easily recognized to ensure users can easily find needed information.
